A WORLD WITH NO LIFE

People are lost in the confusion of their minds,
Looking for a way out,
Held captive by their own fears and insecurities.
So full of deceit,
Life's a contradiction,
One day it's reality, the next it's fiction.
Lost without a reason, because they made it so
To increase the complexity and force themselves to grow.

People defying eachothers,
Kids lying to their mothers and fathers,
Parents are drinking,
As teens are thinking of suicide,death and homocide
What's going on these days?
We have abuse, rape and harassment.

People doing drugs,
All they need are reinforcing hugs to know someone does care
Kids drinking and smoking,
You hear them in the streets choking.

People are too quick to judge,
And their judgements never changes,
Afraid of taking off their masks because of the judgement that lies ahead,
But when they do,

"OMG, look at her size? Foods and drinks, she will never compromise. She should diet, eat carrots and beans so she can squeeze into her jean."

"Gosh, do her parents feed her?"

But they forget that in this dark world,
Nobody's perfect.

Biting their tongues for others because of the fear of being alone,
Lost with no way out,
Thanking God for letting them step into another day but ready to write a suicide note because of all the pain they've endured.
